Daniel Nevarez, M.S., A.T.C., is regional occupational health manager for WorkCare, Inc.He oversees onsite clinic operations and staff, and serves as an injury prevention specialist and ergonomics cosultant. He formerly worked as an ATC in college and high school athletic settings. He earned his master's degree in physical education with an emphasis in sports management at Florida International University, Miami, FL, and his bachelor of science degree in athletic training at the University of New Mexico.
