Karen leads the Ticketmaster North America Client Services teams which includes Client Support, Event Operations, Training and Field Technology. She joined Ticketmaster in 1998 as Director of Special Projects. In this role, she spearheaded new client installs and team relocations into new venues. Prior to that, Karen was with the Philadelphia 76ers, as the Director of Ticket Operations where she oversaw their relocation. Karen’s 30+ years of ticketing experience allows her to coordinate and lead efforts across all facets of the industry. Karen holds a BS in Teaching and a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration, both from Temple University.
