With 22 years of experience at ACS Amusements, Jeff Ernst has gained diverse knowledge of the industry in the areas of Customer Service, strong Leadership, Information Technologies, Sales and Marketing. Currently partner and head of Business Development, Jeff Ernst focus is growing the business and the services ACS Amusements provides. By implementing new technologies, he has grown the business into a national company with over 50 locations including Canada. After college Jeff started his career in the Graphic Design and Marketing business running his own Graphic Design firm. After 5 years in the industry he had the opportunity to enter the Family Entertainment business running a small Pizza and Arcade facility in Cincinnati Ohio. While there he was General Manager gaining Customer Service and Management experience growing the restaurant and party business. Moving to ACS Amusements corporate in 1998, he developed systems and technologies to manage a franchise chain of entertainment facilities Mr Gatti’s Pizza. Focusing on the game operations, Jeff developed software and processes to gather the data used to manage the business. He played a key role in choosing and implementing debit card systems throughout the franchise group continuing to develop the technology and support services to keep the facilities operating at a high level. Jeff continues to use this knowledge to operate game machines for a diverse client base whose common theme is family entertainment. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children boating, golfing and vacationing whenever the time allows!
