Stephen started in the industry in 2003 at Universal Orlando Resort, serving in multiple departments including Attractions Operations, Admissions, Event Operations, and Staffing. After transferring into the Universal Orlando Park Operations Document Coordinator role for 7 months, Stephen moved into the Universal Parks & Resorts (UPR) International Operations division in 2011 and is one of the original members of the UPR Global Standards & Procedures department, which oversees global policy implementation and facility operational design specifications at all UPR Parks. Stephen is currently an instructor for both AIMS International and NAARSO safety organizations, and currently holds a NAARSO Operations I certification. Stephen received the IAAPA Certified Attractions Manager (ICAM) designation in 2017.
