John Talaga is co-founder and EVP/GM, Healthcare at Flywire (formerly OnPlan Health) a leader in responsive payment solutions that are changing the way hospitals engage with patients and collect out-of-pocket balances. By joining forces with Flywire in January 2018, OnPlan became the first all-in-one payment solution to enable providers to conveniently process any payment, international or domestic. Prior to OnPlan, John co-founded HealthCom Partners, which served over 500 hospitals with healthcare's first online account management solution (PatientCompass). HealthCom was sold to McKesson in 2006, where John led the patient billing and payments business until 2011. After McKesson, John launched and managed the healthcare business for doxo, a multi-biller payment network. He has published several articles for healthcare trade journals, and has been a speaker at numerous conferences, including HFMA, American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Internet Technology Conference and AAHAM.
