His extensive experience includes the design of numerous thermal energy, cogeneration, combined heat and power, microgrids, and boiler plants and utility distribution systems for clients around the globe. Roger is a leader in Jacobs Energy & Power practice, holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and is a professional engineering in multiple states.
