Paul is president and founder of SCM, a safety consulting firm in San Ramon. He has over 40 years experience in the safety profession and the fire service. He has undergraduate degrees in Fire Science and Public Administration, and a graduate degree in Safety Engineering and a Ph.D. in Human Services. . He is a CSP, CHST and CIT.
