Nick is the Service Excellence Coordinator for Coastal Carolina University (CCU). He shares positive energy with faculty, staff and student workers at CCU through the facilitation of a comprehensive customer service training known as Feel the Teal. Nick has worked in higher education for eight years and has a vast array of experience in providing leadership and service training to many different constituents. He received his Master of Science in Organizational Management from Misericordia University in Pennsylvania. Outside of work, you can find Nick spending time with his young family or coaching athletes in his local CrossFit gym.
