Mr. Matthews is the Director of Procurement for the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has over 25 years of procurement and supply chain experience in a variety of sectors, and formerly served as President for NIGP. Darin is the author of several books and articles on procurement. He is a business faculty member for Portland State University and California State.
