Raymond A. Blanchard III, M.S.Ed, LMHC., A Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, New York working as a School- Based Clinician for Graham Windham. A graduate from the Community Mental Health Counseling program from the College of Saint Rose, he was actively involved during his graduate studies. At Saint Rose, Raymond served as a Graduate Research Assistant for three years in the Counseling department under Dr. Bologna, assisted with Counseling admissions and workshops, developed and created a Counseling Student group alongside faculty and students, and completed a Master's Thesis studying parental satisfaction while comparing it with sexual orientation. Raymond was the honors graduate for the counseling program of his class year and was actively involved in the community through various jobs working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and local LGBT/HIV organizations. Current research interests include surveying parental satisfaction, LGBT/HIV studies, and understanding the effects of socioeconomic status on the access to Mental Health Services. Raymond is a member of several counseling associations including the Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues in Counseling (ALGBTIC). Additionally, Raymond is serving as Secretary for the New York State Interest Group for ALGBTIC.
