Jeffrey J. Cook is a renewable energy market and policy analyst on staff at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since 2014. His focus areas include state and local policy, permitting, interconnection, energy resilience, and corporate procurement. He received his PhD in political science from Colorado State University in 2017.
