Shannon grew up in San Diego and earned her MBA/MFA in Theatre Management at CSU Long Beach. She then joined a tiny staff at Soka University in opening their brand new Performing Arts Center in 2011. She is a personable problem-solver with superior customer service, patron cultivation, and negotiation skills. Shannon specializes in strategic and event logistics planning, training, conflict-resolution, contract drafting and the design of efficiency-enhancing procedures. Though her background and education are in arts and entertainment, she enjoys working with children of all ages in any discipline, is a performer herself and enjoys public speaking and performing arts coaching.
