Dr. Richard Joseph Behun is an Assistant Professor at Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Dr. Behun is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor. Dr. Behun conducts research and lectures in the areas of ethics, human sexuality, child sexual abuse, mandated reporting law, and civil liability for professional counselors. He also serves as the Editor of the Journal of the Pennsylvania Counseling Association.
