Alison is the Director of Guest Experience at Chautauqua Institution. She has served on several non-profit boards (including the INTIX board) and is an advocate for the arts. Before her taking her current position with Chautauqua, Alison ran the campus ticket office at SUNY Fredonia where she also taught a ticket office practicum course and coordinated the arts administration degree program. Before that she spent 11 years at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is a member of The Chautauqua Leadership Network and was named a 40 Under 40 Community and Business Leader for the Chautauqua New York Region in 2011. Alison is a graduate of Houghton College with a BS in Management and is currently working toward her master's degree at St. Bonaventure University. She lives in Jamestown, New York with her husband Len. They have two college aged children, Kate and Peter.
