Jim Dykstra is Founder and President of Aftermarket Telematics Technologies (ATT), a software company that specializes in telematics solutions for the aftermarket. Jim began his aftermarket career in the auto repair segment, where he is still very involved. He is also Owner/CEO of Dykstra’s Auto Service, a full service auto repair facility group with 3 locations in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Jim graduated from Ferris State University, and Northwood Universities Leadership 2.0 program. Jim’s extensive involvement in the automotive aftermarket and knowledge of its various segments is the driving factor that led him to start ATT, whose sole purpose is creating “aftermarket friendly” telematics solutions. Jim’s Aftermarket involvement includes: Current AAIA’s Board of Directors, Past Chair of AAIA’s CCPN committee, Past Member of AAIA’S Education committee , Past Member of Delphi’s Customer Advisory Council, and Past Member of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Service Dealer Council
