Greg Bolino has spent over 30 years helping clients transform their businesses to enable growth including utilities, telecommunications, cable and retailers. He has worked extensively with utilities in North America and Europe. His work includes growth strategies, business transformations, market restructurings and mergers. Today his focus is on helping utilities capture opportunities for growth from digital and the evolving utility business model. He has published numerous perspectives on the changing utility model, including “The High Stakes of Low Carbon” and “Capital Theft: Stealing the Utility Business Model”. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University Michigan.
