Mr. Bector has 9 years of experience as civil/structural engineer for the design of various components of hydroelectric projects. His experience includes dynamic analysis and design of hydraulic structures such as gravity dams, powerhouses, new intake structures, diversion tunnels and other associated works. His responsibilities have also included the review of detailed design construction drawings and shop drawings for final production. He is proficient in several finite element analysis and design packages. Mr. Bector was a structural design engineer for seismic retrofits to the Ruskin Powerhouse.
