Brad leads the LoyaltyMatch team, which offers a cloud-based loyalty and analytics platform for entertainment venues and brands. He also teaches data science and analytics at a college in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada where the company is located. Previously, Brad lived in Silicon Valley while working for several tech companies and start-ups. He obtained his MBA from McMaster University.
