Keren Bogaczyk-Smith Has a Really Long Name
As a winemaker, I oversee the entire production process of creating wine, including grape harvesting, crushing, fermentation, aging, blending and bottling. I combine scientific concepts with practical experience to alter a wine's chemical composition and make key decisions based on the levels of acid, sugar, sulfur and sulfite within a wine.
As the owner of Boggy Vineyard & Winery, my winemaking extends through to the marketing and selling of the final product. Our estate has over 50 acres with 10 acres of active vines. The beautiful grounds create a rustic atmosphere with friendly surroundings for customers to enjoy.
