Katie is a Vice President and is primarily involved in the development activities of Hammes Partners. Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Katie served as a Development Manager for Caddis Healthcare Real Estate, where she oversaw development for medical office, microhospitals, convenient care centers, and senior housing projects. During her time at Caddis, Katie oversaw the development of over $300 million of medical real estate and senior housing. Prior to Caddis, Katie worked for a real estate investment banking firm and transacted over $150 million in debt and equity placement. Prior to her MBA, Katie was a practicing architect for over 10 years. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University and an M.B.A in Real Estate and Strategy from Southern Methodist University. She is a registered architect in Texas.
