Anh Hang is the non-food specialist, that has worked alongside with Reinhart Foodservice sales consultant for the past two years. She is passionate about working with restaurant operators to create a customized food take out program that not only help save resources, but also improve sales and profits. Over the past years, Anh has consulted hundreds of restaurant in Wisconsin and Illinois. Anh is working for R3 Redistribution, a redistributor with the ability to efficiently, rapidly and cost-effectively fulfill orders and manage the supply chain involved. Anh earned her Bachelor in Business Management and her MBA at University of Wisconsin - Parkside.
