Jesse has been a professional educator for over 22 years, the past 13 of which he has focused on connecting with construction and general industry workers in striving toward the goals of getting the job done and ensuring everyone going home unharmed every day. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Education, and Ph.D. in Education Administration (ABD). His work experience includes the privilege of serving as an infantry Marine, a public school math and computer science teacher, a project safety manager in many oil and gas pipeline and facility construction projects, the contractor safety director for Plains All American Pipeline, and the vice-president of health, safety, and environmental at Supreme Industries in Harwinton, CT.
