Lacey Reichwald is co-owner and operations manager of two successful businesses in Whitewater, Wisconsin: The SweetSpot Cafe and The SweetSpot Bakehouse. Lacey moved to Whitewater as a college student and fell in love with the midwest charm of the small college town. After graduating from UW-Whitewater with a degree in interpersonal communication, Lacey purchased The SweetSpot and began shaping and growing the small coffee shop into the two-location community hub that it is today. In addition to operating The SweetSpot, Lacey uses her knowledge and experience to mentor other business owners on growth strategies, employee relations, marketing, and customer experience. When she’s not working, Lacey enjoys travelling with her husband and daughter, and eating all of the foods.
