Olga Borquez is the sustainability manager at Wholesum, an all-organic and fair-trade grower shipper with operations in the U.S. and Mexico. Some of her responsibilities include data tracking, operations efficiency, packaging and environmental and social projects. She grew up in Mexico in a family of farmers and studied sustainability and business at Arizona State University.
