Ongweoweh (ong-gwey-o-wey) Corp is a pallet and secondary packaging management company located in central New York. Frank Bonamie (Founder & Owner) and Justin Bennett are both enrolled citizens of the Cayuga Nation, a Native American tribe and part of the Haudenosaunee (also known as the Iroquois Confederacy). Justin has also served in tribal leadership capacities for the Cayuga Nation. Justin Bennett has worked for the federal government at the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He also has worked on the tribal level for both the Seneca and Cayuga Nation’s both in government and business capacities. Justin began working at Ongweoweh in 2012. Arriving at Ongweoweh he helped reorganize the organizational structure, strengthen the finance and accounting operations, spearheaded the completion ISO 9001:2008 certification and has guided the facilitation of sales growth. Finally, Justin worked with Cargill (Corporate Sponsor) to become “Corporate Plus” status with the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC). Justin graduated from the University at Buffalo’s (UB) School of Management and received his MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo. He is also an Eagle Scout, a loving husband and father of three.
