Eduardo Garcia, a chef, outdoorsman and motivational speaker, is the co-founder of Montana Mex. The company makes condiments and spices that are USDA organic certified, verified Non-GMO Project, vegan-friendly, kosher, gluten free and made in the USA. During a 2011 backcountry hike, he suffered life-threatening injuries and eventually lost an arm. Eduardo will share his passion for food and helping those dealing with trauma.
