Todd Dewett wears many hats: speaker, author and go-to leadership/life expert. After consulting for many years, Todd witnessed most professionals are not fully engaged and do not feel their work matters. In response, he began studying leadership, earning a doctorate and eventually becoming assistant dean for MBA and executive programs at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
