Paul Idziak is the Vice President of Shermco Industries’ Machine Services Division, providing clients with superior electric motor and generator repair, electric motor and generator field service repair, new OEM equipment, and consultative services. With a strong knowledge of both electrical systems and management skills, Paul is responsible for over 150 employees and $50M in revenue. He has experience in all aspects of sales, operations, finance, accounting, quality control, and Lean/5S. Operation efficiencies and strategic planning have helped Paul attain his division’s financial goals. Paul has been an influential person in renewable energy, oil and gas, defense, and electric utilities market segments regarding maintenance on their electrical system. Paul Idziak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M and received his MBA from SMU Cox School of Business. He is an active member the American Wind Energy Association, Electrical Apparatus Services Association, and has been published in several different trade journals.
