Lauren Horwitz

Lauren Horwitz is a trial attorney and junior partner at BD&J, PC in its wrongful death and catastrophic injury practice group. She has spent nearly 200 days in trial and represents plaintiffs in state and federal court. Lauren has also argued before the California Court of Appeal. She is a member of the CAALA Board of Governors and has been awarded the Presidential Award twice – once in 2019 and again in 2022 for her continuing contributions to CAALA. She is also a three-time Finalist for CAALA’s Rising Star Award, and was named a Super Lawyer in 2022 – 2023, and a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016 - 2020. In addition to advocating for individual plaintiffs, she has experience litigating mass torts and class actions.
