Zach Bailey

Bailey Family Farms and 2017 Top Producer of the Year honorees


Zach Bailey is a third-generation farmer in Louisville, Ill. His family operation, Bailey Family Farm, produces corn, soybeans and wheat across more than 10,000 acres. The farm is a partnership between Zach and his brothers, Cole and Mason, and their father, Darren. The team also includes 15 full-time and five part-time employees. The family continues to expand their farm by living by three foundational focuses: Faith, Family, Farm. Bailey Family Farm was honored as a finalist for the 2018 Top Producer of the Year award. Zach and his wife, Kelsey, have three children.
