Andrew Brody, Performance Engineer at AES, is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an Engineer-in-Training. He has been at AES for 5 years (all in wind) managing site performance, conducting Six Sigma Green Belt training and leading the continuous improvement program at the Palm Springs site. Prior to AES Andrew had led the Six Sigma program for 2 H.J. Heinz facilities, and started a quality program for a plating shop in the aerospace/defense industry. Andrew earned his BS in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Cal Poly Pomona and is pursuing his Professional Engineering License. He specializes in Lean Six Sigma tools, Reliability Engineering, Innovation, Statistical Data Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis. Andrew has 10 years experience leading, facilitating, mentoring Lean Six Sigma productivity projects and 5 years training Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belts.
