Ryan Griffin recently joined the Wind Energy industry as Lean Innovation Manager for Mortenson Construction. Ryan has nearly 15 years of Lean Manufacturing experience, consulting in the Food and Beverage Industry. He holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Systems Engineering from UW Madison and has a passion for fighting climate change with renewable energy.
