With more than 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Erika has helped develop insight-driven strategies for clients across the farm to food spectrum. Her personal motto is that great marketing starts with great insight, which she has leverage to help successfully launch and support food and agriculture brands. Erika also helps lead the SHS FoodThink proprietary research on how consumers today think about what they eat. This study samples more than 2,000 consumers on a variety of issues regarding food, including topics such as trust in food, health and wellness concerns, and how digital trends are impacting shopping behaviors.
