John Watts is Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Outcomes. He oversees Paradigm’s nationwide organization and all business functions of the company and its subsidiaries. He is responsible for strategic planning, partnerships, and growth. John’s expertise includes building, growing, and leading large health plan organizations, strategy development, team building, and leadership development. John joined Paradigm's Board of Directors in 2016 and became Paradigm’s CEO in 2017. John has had a robust career in healthcare, leading large payer organizations and advising several private-equity-backed healthcare companies. He spent 12 years at Anthem, then the nation's largest insurer. At Anthem, he held numerous management positions, including President and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, President and CEO of Anthem National Accounts, and President and CEO of Anthem’s Commercial and Consumer Business.
