Dr. Candice McDonald has served her community for two decades as a firefighter, EMS Officer, and inspector. She is an active member of the Winona Fire Department (OH). She is the VP of Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firemen’s Association, a trustee of Women in Fire, and member of the FDIC/Fire Engineering Advisory Board. Dr. McDonald currently works for NASA as a federal special agent. She previously spent over a decade working with at-risk populations in both urban and rural areas as a mental health case manager licensed in social work and as a licensed drug and alcohol counselor. She holds a doctorate in business with a specialty in homeland security.
