Jim Chiacchia is Director of GSOC and Situational Awareness Solutions Services for Allied Universal. Previously, he was Regional Operations Director, Americas for NYA International Ltd, a global risk and crisis management consultancy. A 28-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he earned the rank of Lt. Colonel. He is graduate of the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, Navel Justice School, and Marine Corps University Command & Staff College. He earned his J.D. from New England Law Boston.
