Kelsey is principal attorney of the Rule Law Firm, an international trade boutique law firm based in Washington, D.C. She advises clients how to use trade agreements and free trade zones to optimize competitiveness. She also advises clients on how to protect domestic production from unfairly traded imports under U.S. law. Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and her law degree from American University in Washington, D.C.
