I have 20 years of home health experience. I have been a certified wound ostomy nurse for the last 10 years. I have author the wound section in the Mosby recent Orientation to Home Health Nursing. I have also worked in the acute facility and understand the challenges of transferring a patient from the acute to the home environment.
