Wayne has over 20 years of experience in engineering, O&M, and asset management. With ten years in renewable energy, Wayne is competent at all levels of projects, both large and small. Wayne provides day-to-day management and organization for all aspects of service and maintenance work. He is responsible for overseeing scheduling, cost control, safety, contract administration, quality assurance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Wayne represents Mortenson as the off-site leader for the project and manages equipment and technicians from the pre-planning stage through completion.
