Hank Austin is the President of ErgoSquad where he oversees their ergonomic consultancy program and software solutions. He worked for USAA for 15 years. He currently provides ergonomic support for the USAA home worker program. Hank has been heavily involved in ergonomics research having served three years as the Executive Director of the OERC (Office Ergonomics Research Committee).
