JOHN E. BURRUSS is a 40-year veteran of the fire service, currently serves on the Driver/Aerial Operator Course Development Committee for the Virginia Department of Fire Programs. John has substantial experience in fire apparatus operations with a strong background in modern aerial operations course delivery. John holds a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
