Ms. Hogeman has spent over 20 years assisting physicians and health care providers, in the areas of: • Strategic planning • Practice profitability analysis • New practice set-up • Fraud and embezzlement review and analysis • Practice management • Structuring shareholder compensations agreements • Structuring buy/sell arrangements • Retirement plan evaluation • Business valuations • Accounts receivable management • Medical practice turnarounds Ms. Hogeman is a CPA, has a Masters of Finance from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver School of Law and Graduate Business. Ms. Hogeman is currently the Chief Financial Officer for MGMA.
