Mr. Wahlstrom is Co-Director for the Cascade Technology Alliance (CTA). In this role he acts as the Chief Information Officer for Multnomah and Northwest Regional Education Service Districts. CTA provides technology leadership in the areas of Desktop Support, Application Development, System Hosting and Network Engineering. Mr. Wahlstrom is employed by Northwest Regional Education Service District where he has provided technology leadership for 18+ years. Prior experience includes five years as Information Services Manager for Battle Ground Public Schools.
