David Dovan is an Investment Specialist for Asian Development Bank covering the infrastructure sector in Indonesia. Prior to ADB he was based in Hong Kong and spent 6 years with Societe Generale and 4 years with Mizuho in their Project Finance team covering the power, oil & gas and petrochemical sectors in the Asia-Pacific region. David started his banking career in Sydney where he spent 2 years with ABN Amro in their Power / PPP team. David holds a double degree in Engineering and Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
