Melissa Monello joined Cabot in 2008 and has since been a part of the Technology team in Performance Chemicals. Her career in Cabot has been focused in developing polymer-attached pigments for applications in displays and toners, high resistivity carbon black for chemically prepared toners, surface modification of silica nanoparticles, as well as process development for the ATLAS™ silica composite particles. Melissa is currently a Senior Associate Scientist with the R&D/Applications Development team for Coatings. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Salem State University in Massachusetts
