Barry Luke brings more than 34 years of public safety communications and PSAP management experience to the role of Deputy Executive Director at the National Public Safety Telecommunications Council. A NPSTC representative for nearly 10 years, Barry focuses on developing public safety broadband requirements and building a communication framework focused on the operational and technical needs of first responders. Barry is a recipient of a Life Time Achievement Award from APCO, and has given presentations on public safety communications issues across the nation.
