Paul A. Kuntz is a Distribution Network Applications Development Manager at GE. He received his BSEE and MSEE degrees in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University in 1993 and 1995. He received his Ph.D. in EE from the University of Washington in 1999. His fields of interest include distribution modeling and distribution network automation.
