Maj. Alf Zeilinger, a Clinical Services Coordinator for the Emergency Medical Services Authority in Oklahoma, has more than 20 years’ experience as a Paramedic in high volume urban EMS systems. Alf served as a sworn Deputy / Tactical Medic with the Tulsa CO SO SWAT team for 12+ years. During that time, Alf was chosen to be the TCSO TEMS Team Leader and EMSA TEMS Unit Coordinator. As the coordinator, he created and implemented all the TEMS Unit SOPs, formalized the TEMS Selection process, and authored the EMSA TEMS specific pre-hospital protocols. Alf, since 2017, is currently assigned as the Medical Command and Senior Tactical Paramedic for the Tulsa Police Department Special Operations Team. Alf has been a formal EMS educator since 2006 and has been teaching Tactical EMS across the USA since 2010.
