Gary provides the overall leadership and management, and the development and operations of the Wildhorse Resort & Casino in Pendleton, OR. He has also been the Chairman of the Oregon Tribal Gaming Alliance since 2004. Gary served as the Chairman of the ONABEN Board of Directors form 2000 to 2010 and is currently on the NIGA American Indian Business Network (AIBN) Board. Gary served as the Executive Director of the Confederated Tribes of Umatilla in Pendleton, OR from 1990 to 1998. He provided overall leadership and management of the day to day operations of Tribal Government and Managed and directed a broad range of Tribal programs. These provided administrative, technical and financial management support to the Tribal council, departments, enterprises, programs and tribal community. While serving as Executive Director he reorganized the CTUIR Departments and programs to accommodate Tribal growth.
