Frank Christian, President of The Liner Specialist, is well known in the industry for his experience and knowledge in pool vinyl liners, and has contributed & published articles in various trade publications, including The Pool & Spa Magazine. He a member of the NESPA Quarter Century Club, and a long time instructor for NESPA, and The Pool & Spa Show. He holds a CST from APSP, is DEC Erosion & Sediment Certified; as well as OSHA 10 Certified.
